Prior to the formation of ElieIntel, the work has always been happening, in her 9-5 and as an independent contractor- guiding clients, shaping strategy, helping organizations think more clearly and move more decisively. ElieIntel was not about starting something new, but formalizing what has always been there: bringing structure to instinct and vision to lived expertise.
